The cruiseflat is a cozy new apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator of a nice 00’s building in one of the most prestigious area of Thessaloniki. Composed of a comfortable living area with two sofas, dining area open kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom which can accommodate up to six (6) persons.
– Private parking is available. (Νο. 15).
– It is equipped with autonomous gas heating system.
– There is internet connection, wi fi and printer EPSON.
– At the disposal of the guests are five bicycles: two for adults and three for children.
The cruiseflat is ecologically oriented. The detergents used are mild and 100% biodeagrable.

– Empty the cabinets.
– Take all your personal belongings.
– Empty the fridge.
– Get rid of the trash.
– Close all windows and doors.
– Switch off all the lights.
– Switch off A/C or heating system.
– Switch off all the home appliances.
USEFUL INFORMATION
– The electrical switchboard is inside the house on the wall by the bathroom door. Just beneath there is the fire extinguisher.
– To switch on/off and to set temperature, fan and timer of the A/C, please use the proper remote control you will find in the apartment.
– For more specific information about the home appliances, please refer to the manual ring binder you will find inside the 4th drawer of the kitchen.
– Garbage bins are underneath the sink and recycle content should be thrown into the blue public litter tins, which are just in front of the building. The rest of the garbage should be thrown into the green/brown sinking tins just across the street.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment is located in one of the safest residential area of the city. The neighborhood offers a big variety of restaurants, bars, cafes. In addition, in a short distance there are supermarkets, shopping center, farmacy, petrol station, ATMs and kids’ club.
The center of the city is 20 min far by car or bicycle.
On foot or by bicycle one can go either to the center of the city along the promenade or to the opposite direction towards the Nautical Club of Thessaloniki, the small palace, the Nautical Club of Kalamaria and the Marina.
